Cancellation Process

• To cancel our services, you may mail us to teluguwebguru@gmail.com with all the reasons so that we will proceed further as per our refund rules mentioned below.

Refund Conditions

• Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your enrollment within 3 days of purchase, provided that the course has not yet finished and certificate not yet taken from us.
• No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 3 days of the course purchase or for courses certificate generated and taken from us.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15 business days of the cancellation approval. If there are any delays or issues with processing your refund, our support team will contact you directly.
